Leave with a deeper understanding of your self and the world around you, as how working with subtle energy can empower you to live in a more harmonious way.

"Listen to the words of the great mother who has been known by many names…"
Many yogis are familiar with the names Kali or Lakshmi. They're stories of battle and seduction, abundance and wisdom, are woven into the tapestry many yoga classes and practices.
Join Erick DuPree, a noted voice in Modern Goddess spirituality and author of Alone In Her Presence and Finding the Masculine in Goddess' Spiral for this exciting comparative journey into the heart of yoga's great Goddesses as well as the Goddesses from other cultures. Discover Isis, Brigid, the Morrigan, and more. How are these Goddesses similar, how are they different, and how are they just like you.
Together we will cultivate intention, manifest sacred sounds and chants to invite empowered self-discovery. We will invite meditation, pranayama and yoga nidra to help us connect more fully with our inner divine.
These are the stories of the ages that when harnessed can be used as tools to create new daily practices or complement existing ones. Perfect for beginners and students of all ages! No experience with mantra needed.

The Namas Day Celebration occurs during the astrological sign of Taurus. Taurus is associated with Earthiness, rooting, pleasure, deepening, mud, soil, and grounding. Is it possible to acknowledge and lean into the fact that you have chosen to incarnate as a Human Being on this round globe we call Earth? Are you able to acknowledge all of the other sentient beings around you who have also done the same? In this closing session at Namas Day we will explore how we can embrace the physical shapes our spirits have chosen in this lifetime. We will move towards connection with the other Earthlings in the room who have chosen to spend their day with us. We will use the aural pleasure of music to help us do this. In this closing session you can expect flowing asana, sparkling jewels, live opera, and an amazing DJ to accompany us.
